Work directly for the owner of a small company in the Allentown area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain several bank accounts
- Provide monthly financial information to owner
- Process payroll via ADP
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial statements
Requirements
- Computer skills to include MS Excel and QuickBooks
- Ability to work with accuracy independently
- Flexible attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Credit history will be conducted
- Degree in Accounting preferred
Hours
Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (some overtime to be expected)
