Work directly for the owner of a small company in the Allentown area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain several bank accounts
  • Provide monthly financial information to owner
  • Process payroll via ADP
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial statements

Requirements

  • Computer skills to include MS Excel and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work with accuracy independently
  • Flexible attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Credit history will be conducted
  • Degree in Accounting preferred

Hours
Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (some overtime to be expected)
