Allentown Company has an opportunity for an experienced CS representative with a positive attitude and interest in assisting customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle calls from residential customers
  • Dispatch technicians for service
  • Schedule appointments
  • Assist customers with service questions

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Possess a professional demeanor
  • Great customer service/communication style
  • Be detailed oriented

Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm

Salary
$12.00/per hour
