Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer 6 line phone system
- Schedule service call appointments ,confirm installation dates
- Tracking information on computer utilizing several different types of software
- Process credit paperwork
- Typing letters and mail merges in Microsoft Word
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional phone manner and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
- Good and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact at all levels
Hours
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary
$12.00/hr
