Bethlehem Company is need of an experienced customer service rep with a strong work ethic and true willingness to assist customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer 6 line phone system
  • Schedule service call appointments ,confirm installation dates
  • Tracking information on computer utilizing several different types of software
  • Process credit paperwork
  • Typing letters and mail merges in Microsoft Word

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional phone manner and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
  • Good and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills to interact at all levels

Hours
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary
$12.00/hr
