Kevin F. Flemming, CSP
President
Kevin Flemming joined Integrity in 1997 after working in corporate finance for a Fortune 100 company. Starting in a sales management role, he guided the firm’s evolution from a provider of traditional staffing support to its current integrated services model. Kevin has been personally involved with recruiting talent for over 300 companies to date and was named President in December 2003.
A Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and graduate of DeSales University, Kevin is active in a myriad of Pennsylvania business and community organizations. He has been a featured speaker on recruiting topics for such groups as Lehigh University’s Graduate Studies program and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. His newspaper column “Talent Search” appears regularly in the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal.
In 2004, Kevin co-founded a subsidiary company, VESTA Medical Practice Management, LLC, and is a principal in the healthcare management firm. He holds leadership positions in the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation and the College Valley Consortium.
