Integrity Personnel President Responds to Media Coverage of Amazon Warehouse

Some of you may have questions regarding The Morning Call’s recent investigative reporting on working conditions in Amazon’s Lehigh Valley warehouse and their temporary employment agency, Integrity Staffing Solutions (ISS) of Delaware. First and foremost, I want to clarify that our company, Integrity Personnel, Inc., of Allentown, Pa., is not the staffing agency mentioned in The Morning Call’s coverage, nor is it associated with Amazon in this or any market. It was important to me to make this clear to The Morning Call’s readers in a letter to the editor on Oct. 2.
Over the past 20-plus years, our family-owned company has earned the loyalty of our valued employees and more than 1,000 local, national and international employers operating in this region by providing exceptional temporary support, project staffing, and recruitment and hiring services. For us, the name Integrity means pursuing excellence in every task we undertake, leading both companies and individuals to positive outcomes.
As the region’s business community grows, job creation and competition for the best people in the market are signs of progress. However, they also serve as an important reminder that good hiring practices are critical to managing growth and sustaining success and should not be made by trial and error.
Instead, I invite organizations that are new to the area to partner with Integrity Personnel to develop an effective labor strategy before launching here. I also want to assure job candidates that we offer complete transparency when it comes to explaining the details of every potential assignment.
