Pat Flemming founded Integrity in 1987 as a fresh alternative to old-line temporary employment agencies. With the mission of encouraging excellence, growth and contribution in every associate that joined the firm, she created an organization that represents the highest level of service and stewardship. Nearly two decades later, Integrity Personnel is a dynamic and well-respected company in the region.
Named one of “Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business” in 1998, Pat has established a long-term presence in the Lehigh Valley business community that has enabled her to maintain a vast network of people in a wide spectrum of occupations. Her knowledge of the labor market and her crack team of staffing professionals provide a competitive advantage to every organization that engages Integrity’s services.
Pat has earned the highest professional designations in the industry while recruiting talent for over 500 companies. Her community affiliations are deep, as she has held numerous leadership positions in a variety of organizations. She currently serves on the boards of the Delaware Valley Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Adult Literacy Center of the Lehigh Valley.
