Patricia A. Flemming, President of Integrity Personnel, Inc., has achieved the professional designation of Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). The CPC is awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services and is one of only two designations recognized globally by the staffing and recruiting industry.
Certification is earned by demonstrating knowledge and expertise in critical areas of the staffing industry including employment law; contracts; ethics; and employer liability issues. CPC designation signifies best-in-class staffing professionals and demonstrates that the professional adheres to an established level of performance and ethics.
Flemming, who founded Integrity in 1987 was named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business in 1998. Integrity Personnel is a Lehigh Valley-based staffing firm that provides temporary staffing, recruiting services, and customized project management to area companies.
