The American Staffing Association has awarded employees of Integrity Personnel, Inc. the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation. Industry professionals must demonstrate their knowledge and experience in staffing through a comprehensive qualification process to earn this new certification.Integrity is distinguished as the first Lehigh Valley-based firm to have its entire professional staff receive the CSP designation at the same time. The qualified employees are company founder Patricia A. Flemming; Kevin F. Flemming, President; Barbara J. Barnhart; Vicki Miller; and Aislinn Schlener.

Founded in 1987, Integrity delivers recruiting services to over 300 Lehigh Valley companies through its three business lines: Temporary Staffing, Placement (direct recruiting) and Production Staffing (project-oriented staff management). The American Staffing Association is the industry’s largest national organization with over 1,700 corporate members. ASA member companies produced 85% of the $62 billion revenue generated by the industry in 2003. There are over 35 staffing companies doing business in the Greater Lehigh Valley, but only 13 qualify as members of the association.
