Flemming Named to LIteracy Center's Board of Directors |

Patricia A. Flemming, President of Integrity Personnel, Inc. was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Adult Literacy Center of the Lehigh Valley, headquartered in Allentown. Flemming was unanimously elected to fill a vacancy on the 16-member board at their March 19th meeting.
Founded in 1977, the ALC has created neighborhood-based adult education and community enhancement programs throughout the Lehigh Valley. Through these programs, ALC improves the quality of life and strengthens the skills of community members, parents and members of the work force.
Flemming, who founded Integrity in 1987, is well known throughout the business community as an advocate for adult education and career development opportunities. She has been a featured speaker for various business and nonprofit groups on topics ranging from career development and entrepreneurship for women - to recruiting skilled employees in today’s labor market.
